USDv Logomark Usage

Use .png format: the design's guilloche detail is raster-native, so .png allows it to stay crisp across browser and apps.
Use the 512x512 size and scale down to ensure high fidelity.
Use .svg format: it renders inconsistently and often blurred across browsers and apps.
Don't use a small resolution and scale up as it will render fuzzy.
