“Solomon Labs” is a brand term only and is not a legal entity.

This public-facing main website is operated by Genesee Holdings Corporation, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Panama (the “Website Operator”), independently from the owner or owners of intellectual property referenced on this site, including SOLOMON DAO LLC, a Marshall Islands DAO LLC (the “IP Owner”). The Website Operator does not own that intellectual property, and the IP Owner does not operate or control this website. Ownership or licensing of referenced intellectual property does not by itself identify the operator of an implementation or separate activity. Any such implementation or activity is attributable only to the legal person expressly identified for it.
